While hundreds of first -time investors are turning to the markets to help pay for their homes, send their children to college and secure their futures the mission of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is becoming all the more vital. GDIT is excited to support the SEC in as it seeks to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC.

GDIT has an immediate opportunity for an Identity Access Management Engineer to support our SEC customer in Washington, DC. Candidates must be US Citizens (without dual

citizenship) and eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Required:

• Pursuant to a customer requirement, this position is contingent on providing proof of COVID-19 vaccination.




• Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements

Duties:

• Responsible for Utilizing IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks.




• Support, maintain and develop the security infrastructure to support the agency under a centralized Identity Access Management (IAM) System.




• Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication. Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.

Requirements:

• Experience as a systems engineer (4 years) in a government environment, dealing with business critical, secure and highly available systems developing and managing Identity Management, Identity Governance and Authentication/Authorization integration, PIV, SSO (e.g. Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, etc ).




• Demonstrates knowledge of government IAM standards and directives, i.e. NIST, HSPD 12.




• Demonstrates knowledge of working in Identity and Access Management programs that supported the execution of a IAM roadmap and strategy for a federal agency.




• Demonstrates understanding of key IAM technologies and best practices used to collaborate with IT solution teams to integrate identity management solutions that improve the security posture while equally improving the user experience.
