Job Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented, and highly organized individual who can support Acumed's Recruiting efforts. This position interacts with a variety of individuals including business leaders, employees, and candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will have experience with recruiting for a wide variety of positions. At least 1 year of recruiting experience is required.

Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for supporting Acumed's Recruiting team with full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary positions throughout the organization.

Assignment Duration

6 Months - Benefits available at 90 days!

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assists with full-cycle recruiting process; including, but not limited to:

    • Facilitating Intake/Kick-Off Meetings
    • Posting Job Openings
    • Conducting Candidate Prescreens
    • Scheduling Interviews
    • Maintaining Professional Candidate Communication

  • Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
  • Assists with sourcing high quality candidates, by leveraging a variety of creative sourcing channels to reach target candidates including direct sourcing, social media, internet research, networking, user groups, alumni associations, etc.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or 1 year prior recruiting experience required.
  • Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity Laws, Affirmative Action recordkeeping and recruiting requirements.
  • Solid understanding of related basic HR policies and practices.
  • Requires intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs, including: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Preferred experience working within an ATS (ApplicantPro and/or WorkDay knowledge highly preferred)
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have good problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills enabling this individual to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality, to protect the welfare of the department and the company.
