Deere & Company is seeking a Senior Engineer Product in Moline, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or related field, plus 4 years related experience. Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: define requirements and decompose complex systems to form system and software requirements, create architecture and design document for embedded software development; design, model, develop, simulate, test and integrate embedded systems software using embedded C and C++ programming languages, CAPL, Python, Matlab, real time operating systems, debuggers, HIL and other tools for embedded products; perform defect analysis, software code reviews, debug and implement solutions for identified defects in embedded software and hardware controller circuits interfacing to sensors and transducers/actuators; design and develop embedded device drivers, communication stacks (CAN, Ethernet) and diagnostic protocol (UDS) for electronic control unit data exchange and diagnosis. Up to 10% travel required.
