Job Location: Creve Coeur, MO (Remote)

Role: Business System Analyst (Hands-on)

Work experience required: 8 - 10yrs

Skill set: Database (SQL/Mongo), JIRA, Service now, Confluence, Excel.

Required Skills:

• Healthcare Domain experience


• Excellent on Business Requirement Document Preparations


• Excellent understanding of distributed systems


• Excellent in Communication with Business users related to resolving queries, obtaining clarifications and providing updates


• Experience with Hands on Agile scrum methodology


• Database knowledge (Prefer SQL/Mongo).

Preferred Skills:                                                                

• Experience working on .Net technologies


• Experience working with high end technology product development environment

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussion with product owner/ business team to refine the requirement and prepare BRD


• Create User Stories


• Create /Prepare ad hoc report based on business needs


• Create/Update any business configuration based on requirements


• Ensures that teams have appropriate product requirements, technical specifications, directions, and resources to deliver products effectively


• Provides detailed and timely status updates to management


• Helps establish and enhance development policies, procedures, and standards and enforces their implementation upon their team of developers


• Acts as a highly competent advisor to their manager and leads the team


• Manages, organizes, mentors, motivates, and delegates tasks to a team of talented software engineers
