Manages the workforce cost budgets and forecasts for various lines of business. Leads the design, development, implementation and administration of wages programs, policies and procedures. Work with Compensation and Business teams to plan, prepare and control workforce/wages budgets for future business growth. Manages cost reduction initiatives, collects feedback about the performance of wage/workforce cost processes, perform cost analysis and develops/implements the process improvements. Manages and ensures that workforce and wages programs remain compliant to regulations, competitive and conform to current strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Setting and tracking the budget for workforce cost, including the regular forecasting, cost control & monitoring, reporting, analysis and adjusting of the budget.
Coordinates workforce costing processes like the customer pricing, bonus scheme, wages increase planning, knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, etc.
Analyzes different components of the workforce cost scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal and external competitiveness to recommend changes in wages scheme, pricing models, KPIs, etc.
Evaluates and revises internal processes to design and develop cost optimization on the different workforce cost schemes, increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
Monitors the job market, federal and state regulations in the wage management and finds the best practice for the implementation in the organization without the major impact on the personnel expense’s costs.
Ensures compliance with applicable government regulations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all required reporting and notifications.
Designs and prepares reports and graphics to provide insight into workforce costs, trends, and comparisons with similar companies.
Translates requirements into cost through data collection, model building, and cost and risk analysis.
Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting or related areas
Experience in preparing, analyzing employee cost estimating and wages performance metrics
Strong and proven analytical skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written).

Capable of balancing multiple complex projects while meeting deadlines.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Excel.
