• This position will implement and maintain the ZYGO CI Framework and will include:
 Creating a CI Culture that Every Employee Embraces
 Lean Culture will facilitate agile and efficient processes that are geared to Increase revenue and achieve a “Customers for Life”

 Customer First – Everyone will be Customer Focused
 Implement the CI Funnel Framework
 Identify and Execute CI Projects based upon Business Needs
 Improve Performance and Efficiency to meet Quality, Cost and Delivery
 Focused Discipline – Everyone will be Engaged in CI Events
 Identify/Down Select CI Projects ( Lean Transformations ,Single point failures, Admin Processes, Blitzes)
 Educate employees in Lean Basics and 6 sigma and work to achieve Project Charter Expectations
 Achieve Expectations as defined in the Team Charter and Please both Internal and External Customers
 High Performing Teams
 Talent Development of Blackbelts, Greenbelts and Associate Lean Training
 Self Directed Work Teams working on CI Events
 Lean Culture that facilitates agile processes geared to Increase Revenue and achieve a “Customer for Life”

Job Specific Duties/Qualifications
• Demonstrated Experience to Lead, Train, Mentor and build high performance work teams
• Ability to multitask and mentor multiple CI projects leaders to optimize processes and effectively communicate at all levels
• Strong experience with data Analysis and KPI metrics
• Excellent project Management skills
• Ability to collaborate and build teams at all levels
• Coach teams and coach subject matter experts in CI
• Able to develop linkages between multiple disciplines and multiple processes
• Ability to develop metrics that measure the success of CI projects and communicate results to the CI steering committee
• Value Stream mapping with extensive experience in operational optimization
• Strong Collaboration skills at all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop and deliver 6 sigma/lean principle to all levels of the organization
• Experience as a proven 6Sigma leader (Blackbelt)

Position Requirements:
Ametek Requires all new hires to be vaccinated.

• BS with 10+ years of progressive responsibilities in one of the following disciplines (Engineering, Quality, Operations)
• Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt
