Informatica Developer- Support at Cognizant

Informatica Developer- Support

Experience: 4+ years

Strong technical skills in Informatica, Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX/LINUX

Experience working in Informatica Power Center v9.6, v10.1 and Informatica Cloud.

Experience in Unix and Linux platforms.

Experience in Teradata (views/B-teq scripts/macros).

Must have strong experience in working in support and maintenance projects handling incident, problem, changes and minor/major enhancements. Excellent communication skills with ability to confidently interact with customers, client stakeholders and platform owners.

Good ITIL knowledge must 

Knowledge and hands on experience on ticketing tools like Remedy/ ServiceNow, documentation tool like MIDAS and working experience in ALM must.

 Experience in handling minor/major enhancements desirable.

Secondary skills: SQL Server
