Our Corporate Solutions Group is currently seeking a seeking a Lease Administration Analyst to support a diverse set of client needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits You will work closely to provide comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio that enables our clients to make strategic real estate decisions that support and enhance their core business.

To be successful in this role, you should be a confident Corporate Real Estate professional with broad skills in analyzing and solving complex business problems, writing and presenting, abstracting lease documents and interpreting multifaceted commercial lease language. This includes ensuring rent variance analysis and rent payment processing and lease compliance is accurate. This position will be reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance as well as tracking and maintaining critical lease dates. Most importantly, you will be responsible for client-vendor-landlord relationship management and resolution of rent and other landlord/tenant issues. Sound like you?

Before you apply, it's also worth knowing what we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or the equivalent.

  • Two plus years of experience in Commercial Real Estate environment specifically in finance, accounting, lease administration, legal or property management.

  • Prior experience in lease administration with exposure to commercial leases and expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease language is highly valued.

  • A dynamic and technologically savvy individual who can to support the business. You'll have mid to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, and cell calculations). You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to consolidate data into Power Point for presentations to client and lines of business are highly valued.

  • You are organized, open and flexible with excellent communication skills - both written and spoken - and we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines.

  • You will be effective in your role by learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our clients. You'll discover how to be proactive and innovative with solutions your stakeholders. You keep on top of things as you'll often need to reorganize your time day to day, to deal with your team's changing necessities and requests.

  • An individual with strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all level external and internal clients will successful in the role.

  • Most importantly, you'll want to work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team.
