Requirements:



  • Bilingual in English/ Russian/ Ukrainian is preferred 

  • Ability to communicate with and develop positive, professional relationships with residents.

  • Ensures that programs and activities encourage personal and professional growth of our residents.

  • Promptly respond to resident requests and concerns.

  • Perform active role in performance of the community and the well-being of the residents.

  • Computer skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint and able and willing to learn additional skills

  • Ability to produce outreach materials and provide outreach services to residents.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Outgoing, flexible, resourceful, creative, energetic and emphatic.

  • Ability to work well with a team, as well as to work independently.

  • Assist with implementation and enforcement of company policies, plans, and procedures.

  • Communicate important information to Property Manager about schedule or changes to daily activities and tasks. Include Regional Resident Services Manager in communication related to tenant relations/resident services.

The person in this role will:



  • Develop and implement sustainable and meaningful resident services programs that address the needs of our residents

  • Organize weekly resident activities

  • Work with state and local agencies to generate resources and set up resident programs.

  • Prepare outreach materials (program flyers, etc) and lead/oversee outreach to residents.

  • Collaborate with other Resident Services staff, Property Management and Maintenance staff in tasks including housekeeping support to enhance tenant stability, tenancy preservation and other mutual goals.

  • Meet with residents and make referrals to community services to support resident success.

  • Identifies practical methods for dealing with tenancy issues and improving resident retention

  • Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies 

  • Conduct annual inspections, when translation is required or when a team member needs assistance.

  • Type memos, letters, and leases, as needed.

  • Answer telephone.

  • Upload completed recertification's and move ins into SharePoint.

  • Contact prospects that have submitted a pre-application online.

  • Organize and file all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork.

  • Perform housekeeping inspections.

  • Other duties as needed.
