The Waterford at Fort Worth a premier retirement community in Fort Worth, TX, provides general nursing care to residents in an Independent Living facility. We are currently looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our leadership team as the Sales Director.

Responsibilities:


The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, out-reach, cold-calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, and holding community events.


Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have one or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior housing. Candidates will also have professional communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and coordinate events. Lastly, the candidate must be a self-starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills. The ability to be on call and work weekends and holidays is also necessary.
