Description:



The Customer Engagement Representative (CER) will provide support to a defined group of customer accounts and their assigned Fortinet Account Managers. The CER will be responsible for engaging with target contacts within target accounts to present the value of joining and participating in our Customer Programs.



The Customer Engagement Representative will use a variety of SaaS applications to engage with target customers via phone, email, and web. This is a high profile role and you will have the responsibility of engaging with our valued customers on an ongoing basis.



Responsibilities:




  • Invite customers that have been nominated from Fortinet Account Managers to join and participate in our Customer Engagement Program

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and web on an ongoing basis

  • Engage with Fortinet Account Managers and Support teams to provide exceptional service to our customers

  • Track all activity through Salesforce.com


Required Skills:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with using software applications



  • Well organized with effective time and activity management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time

  • Goal oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas

  • Confident with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment

  • Able to work independently as well as on a team


Education:



  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

  • Ideal candidate has interest or experience with technology sales
