Customer Service - Program Representative

As part of the Rental Assistance team, the Customer Service - Program Representative provides information and assistance to rental assistance program participants with regards to eligibility and program requirements.
If you have worked in customer service in fast paced environments that require strong attention to detail and good time management skills, then this job is for you! Training will be provided to candidates that have the willingness to learn and make a difference in people's lives.
