Essential Duties and Responsibilities in the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Must work safely.
- Responsible for ensuring the finished product is free from gross defects and all foreign material.
- Sorts and removes undesirable product from the conveyor according to specific instructions.
- Removes all foreign material from conveyor.
- Keeps work area clean and performs other functions as directed.
- Keeps work area clean.
- Must behave in a professional manner at all times & comply with all Company policies & procedures.
- Performs other functions as directed by Lead or Shift Supervisor.

Physical Demands
Must possess sufficient hand/eye coordination to manipulate raw product and utilize trim knives.
Must be able to work over a moving conveyor without experiencing motion sickness.
Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to climb stairs & walk in wet slippery areas.
Work Environment
Must be able to work in various temperatures such as; hot or cold.
