JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible to service, maintain and grow assigned accounts as well as, develop targeted accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Job Duties:

• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow up promptly and qualify all new sales leads.
• Clearly articulate ADI's value propositions to existing and new customers.
• Generate incremental sales growth through outbound calling efforts.
• Prepare and manage monthly sales pipeline.
• Develop strong partnerships with customers and resolve problems.
• Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a great work ethic and excellent organization skills
• Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell/upsell

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior industry experience
• Successful track record in exceeding sales targets
• Previous phone sales experience
