Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst

Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing data trends and supporting and developing improvement changes
Responsibilities
Data Exploration
Explores data within multiple files to determine trends, correlations, and causal relations between variables
Analyze Operations reports to identify potential operational issues and opportunities
Knowledge of databases, reporting methods and formats
Build, develop, troubleshoot, maintain, and approve various reports and dashboards utilizing Excel, VBA, Tableau, and Power BI
Ad Hoc Reporting
Creates complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports with visualizations and insights against tight turnaround times
Client Management
Reaches out to client(s) to clarify requests
Makes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs with client to explain data insights and confirm report
Analytics Coaching
Explains data to clients and prepares them to present data and answer questions
Develop recommendations to improve performance
Summarize analysis into memos and presentations
Data Audit and Cleansing
May perform periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms
Performs follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy
Use software tools to develop reports and analyses that convey relevant and meaningful information to internal customers of all level in a concise and logical manner
Partner with IT, IBX Operations, and other applicable stakeholders to deliver timely reporting and dashboards that satisfies requirements
Scheduled Reports
Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule
Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report
Customer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience):
Supports accounts with medium complexity
Qualifications
3+ years related experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred
