Your Responsibilities

As a Quality Engineer for Seedinglocated in Valley City, ND, you will support variable shift production by leveraging a variety of quality tools and processes to ensure product quality performance exceeds customer expectations. You will also lead quality improvement initiatives and drive customer warranty improvement projects.

• Gathers and analyzes data pertinent to quality tools in the Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP), Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), and/or Customer Support Process (CSP)
• Lead OFP issue resolution in a fast-paced assembly environment while driving improvement through various quality initiatives including QIT, PFMEA, DPQ, and Six Sigma projects
• Plan, organize, and execute quality initiatives in your area of responsibility, including leading cross-functional, cross-departmental projects
• Monitor, analyze, and investigate warranty claim information and determine appropriate corrective action to support warranty goals
• Investigates product and process quality related issues and recommends changes to control plans and/or prints
• Performs quality audits, including supporting(ISO) audits, and maintains quality manual

What Skills You Need

• Effective communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment
• Experience in the use of and applying quality tools such as FMEA
• Experience in the use of manufacturing information systems (SAP, W-planner, MPPlanner, 3D modeling)
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives
• Experience with formal NCCA (Non-Conformance Corrective Action) processes
• Experience in a production environment

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
