What you will be doing:
Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the Actively works on the floor updating Opentable system with each guest/table stage of dining experience.
Actively works at the front of the Lobby entrance, welcoming guests and confirming guest reservation details, assists with seating, and when necessary assist with chairs.
Actively provides welcome "spiel" about the Lobby, including menu details, bottle service, minimum spend, and entertainment hours.
Use the guest name in conversation at least one time during the seating process to the table.
Provides warm welcome to all guests as per standard.
Records guest information such as room number and last name.
Always acknowledges repeat guests and any special occasion.
Escorts guests to the table as per standard.
Seats guests at designated table, pulling out chairs and handing clean/current menu to guests.
Guides guests through the dining areas and provides any needed assistance.
Engages guests as appropriate during escorting.
When escorting guests, Host/Hostess states a clear explanation of the Restaurant Concept.
Ensures place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
Marks place settings that need to be removed by servers.
Moves and arranges tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs.
Records all covers in seating chart.
Communicates with servers to provide guests' information, dietary restrictions and preferences.
Keeps guest informed about status of service/waiting as appropriate.

Your experience and skills include:
Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred
Hospitality experience preferred
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
