Exciting work you will do:

Business operation analyst that will drive primarily our portfolio reporting strategy execution. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, has the proven ability to build strong relationships, and has a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Help socialize our headcount tracking process with our hiring managers


• Drive the creation of the artifacts required for our bi-weekly leadership meeting


• Engage with our HR and talent acquisition teams to capture status of open roles


• Improve our existing dashboard based on hiring manager feedback


• Maintain our process documentation


• In coordination with our leadership and portfolio teams, capture and report monthly metrics


• Continue to improve our reporting automation (currently built on Smartsheet)


• Align our processes with the other technology domains

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, administration, information systems, or related field


• years' experience in an operations analyst position or equivalent


• Must have strong analytical skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to communicate both verbally and in written forms with senior leaders


• .Ability to work with a variety of personalities


• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to identify and act on solutions independently.


• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.


• Advanced-level Microsoft Excel and/or Smartsheet


• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote.
