Summary:


CNSI is currently looking for Project Manager to join our team!


The Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end processes for a single software project or multiple projects and business process services. As a Project Manager, you will work with customers, functional and matrix managers, and technical staff to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined CNSI guidelines and processes and with client expectations.


Working remotely within the United States is acceptable for this position.


CNSI supports high-volume healthcare data systems that are accessed through multiple web portals. The high-volume systems operate out of multiple data centers and must reliably be available to its clients 7x24x365.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide project management on one or more projects with a team size up to 100 employees, an annual contract value of up to $50M and complexity of up to 300,000 hours.

  • Manage client relationships remotely or at the client work site, partnering with customer to analyze issues and problems from their perspective.

  • Determine project scope and coordinate the assignment of resources to the project.

  • Create the project schedule and track project progress, deliverables, and milestones.

  • Assist in developing and monitoring the project budget.

  • Track and report actual cost and revenue compared to the budget.

  • Define, document, schedule and coordinate all required meetings and personnel training for the project.

  • Implement, maintain and report CNSI project delivery metrics.

  • Monitor project performance using CNSI's defined SDLC methodology and other tools.

  • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

  • Manage project risks and issues through early identification, documentation, tracking, reporting, and escalation as needed.


Experience/Preferred Skills Required:



  • 5 years minimum of job-related experience in project planning, delivery, and management.

  • 3 years minimum in a project/program management client facing role, consulting on, or delivering technical products or services.

  • Proven track record of experience with Microsoft Project and knowledge of other tools, such as SharePoint applications, MS Teams, and relevant project management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines, research technology issues and products, and take initiative in the development and completion of projects.

  • Proven record of problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.

  • Track record of working independently, in a team-oriented environment with ability to balance multiple projects under minimal to no supervision.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, highly preferred.

  • Experience in the government/commercial healthcare (Medicare, Medicaid, or similar healthcare programs) preferred.
