JOB DESCRIPTION RH is looking for a talented Senior Designer who will work in collaboration with our Creative Director and design team to develop concepts for retail / store graphics and collateral. This position will work closely with internal business partners and merchant teams as well as interface with external agencies and vendors.
The Senior Graphic Designer position is based onsite in our Corte Madera offices.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Bring design solutions to life and execute through completion
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain company standards
Signage, packaging, PR and collateral design for all stores
Maintain and develop graphic standards and style guides for the dept
Internal branding and communication materials
Work closely with Creative Director to maintain continuity in dept
Maintain brand standards and evolve the brand image
OUR REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of Design experience with a luxury brand
Ability to express a creative point of view and understand how to execute on it
Highly developed sense of style and design with a passion for the industry
Graphics design experience in retail graphics, packaging including architectural store signage, store collateral and corporate collateral
Excellent typographic and creative skills
Experience in a fast-paced creative environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Strong communication and organizational skills with experience working as part of a team
Strong and focused verbal and written correspondence with team members and vendors
Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
