About the Role

You will support the Senior Product Manager in the maintenance, development, and implementation, of a group of commercial and small business products and services sold by Treasury. This will allow the team to deliver value to BOKF customers, expand the size of customer relationships, and increase the Bank's revenue. You'll help ensure that the product is relevant to the marketplace and industry changes, as well as, operational, marketing and profitability aspects of the existing line. You'll assist with project and system implementation teams to assess customer or product impact.

What You Can Expect

To ensure BOKF remains competitive with our cash management offerings, you'll be part of the team that helps identify new treasury product development opportunities and creates strategic business cases to prioritize and move forward into development. You'll assist in analyzing product metrics and customer trends to ensure products remain profitable and maximize business potential.

You'll participate in the design, development and execution of product marketing campaigns all while helping to ensure consistency and usability across all departments. You'll work with product integration and marketing to successfully launch and support new products. You will develop customer content through multiple channels to support the sales effort.

You will identify and provide initial screening of service vendors, determine the operational requirements; and then manage or oversee installation, implementation of compliance/legal requirements.

Staying current on industry trends and our competitors' product offerings will allow you to manage the product and ensure it remains competitive. Having an in-depth understanding of the product road map and new products on the marketplace allows you to stay abreast of potential impact on the revenue base.

You will build relationships and get to know your coworkers in operations, technology and sales, working across multiple lines of business. Our teams work with analysts, operations, sales, vendors, and the product support team.

How You'll Spend Your Time


  • You'll work with your assigned line(s) of business leaders to understand and prioritize their goals and needs for commercial fee-based services sold by Treasury. You'll work collaboratively with project stakeholders, end-users and business technologists to implement a project plan.

  • Utilizing project methodology, you'll interview users, observe day-to-day operations, and review of procedures and system documentation. You'll write detailed test scripts (maintaining them in Quality Center) and execute them as part of User Acceptance Testing.

  • You will contribute to contract negotiation with third parties when selecting technology and/or product solutions.

  • You'll coordinate activities and changes with IT, Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Product Integration, operations, end-users and third-party service providers.

  • You'll act as the system subject matter expert for the product and provide support internally to staff with questions. You will be the primary point of contact when there are critical issues experienced with the product.

TREASURY ACUMEN: You will use your knowledge and experience with commercial banking and cash management products and services to solve problems and make recommendations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: You know processes, skills, tools, deliverables, and techniques to project activities to ensure a solid path to project success by meeting goals and requirements.

CHANGE LEADER: You'll focus on innovation and thought leadership to improve the Company's effectiveness and help others become change agents.

Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business and 3-4 years related experience or 7+ years equivalent work experience in related field.


  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principals including product management development and positioning, and competitor analysis, pricing and costing methodologies.

  • Thorough knowledge of small business through large corporate business products and services in area of responsibility

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills to perform a variety of financial, market and operational studies, including database and spreadsheet analysis, advertising and market research

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent PC application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Thorough knowledge of bank operations, systems, and commercial products and services
