As SAP CRM Functional Lead you will be responsible for providing functional leadership in crafting and developing new IT technical solutions/capabilities to solve large, sophisticated business problems and deliver new capabilities. Responsible for planning, designing, development and modification of new solution specifications and application. Proficient in information technology, platforms and architecture. Leads large information technology vendors in designing, and developing IT solutions. Some of the specific responsibilities will be:



  • Responsible for leading brainstorming sessions with business and IT teams to understand requirements, identify gaps and design robust IT solutions.

  • Lead optimization and new solution implementation in SAP CRM Sales, Services, Marketing, and interaction Center area

  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications.

  • Implement new SAP CX solution including Cloud for Sales, Service, and other cloud solutions

  • Define test strategy and prepare test plan. Identification and documentation of various test scenarios

  • May assume overall project management roles in small to medium projects

  • Modifies, maintains, and updates SAP configuration and master data

  • Solve meaningful business problems and be called on to advise on various projects

  • Collaborate with the SAP development team to recognize and devise new SAP technology solutions

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, with a focus on business applications and Information Technology. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • 8+ years of demonstrated ability in designing and implementing SAP CRM solutions - ideally including 3-5 years of end-to-end CRM projects

  • SAP CRM configuration experience required with at least 5+ years of exclusive experience in master data set-up, SAP CRM services, sales and marketing module

  • Sound knowledge Lead to Quote (Lead, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order, delivery, invoice) and Complaint to Cash (Service Request, Service Order, Service confirmation, billing, Service Contract, In-house repair) business processes, and master data set-up

  • Validated knowledge and experience in CRM Billing, Logistics, and Finance integration with SAP ECC

  • Knowledge of SAP Pricing engine IPC set-up, Employee/Organization set-up, and territory management is a plus

  • Experience to integrate SAP CRM and SAP ECC to the "outside world" (digital, mobile, weChat, cloud)

  • Middleware experience with the execution of bi-directional data exchange between SAP CRM & ECC back-end a plus

  • Experience with Interaction Center setup and integration with telephony tools, like BCM

  • Experience in handling implementation and MA&D projects of various sizes

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both end-users and IT staff, as well as business management.

  • Experience leading design workshops with key business partners.

  • Ability to multi-task, handle high-pressure situations, and ability to work cross-functionally in a team as well as independently.

  • Good judgment to make effective decisions within appropriate risk-mitigation.
