The Senior Quality Analyst is an experienced analyst providing support to the Quality Manager as the liaison between our cross functional internal teams and the Quality Manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs. In addition, the Senior Quality Analyst provides immediate support to the Program Integrity team. The Program Integrity team performs reviews on EN IWPs to ensure the EN is compliant in developing the IWP and may conduct refresher training for ENs that are not compliant. The Integrity staff tracks ticket assignments/unassignments by ENs and reports unassignment reasons, follows up on beneficiary EN complaints submitted to the Call Center or via the website and handles all PII violations.

In addition, the Senior Quality Analyst willwork closely with theQuality Manager to ensure all deliverablesare accomplished.

The Senior Quality Analyst may also travel with SSA to EN locations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and support the quality assurance program

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executives

  • Communicate with and support our customers and internal teams with email, phone, online presentations, screen share and onsite meetings

  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Monitor and analyze quality assurance data to highlight insights and provide recommendations that result in favorable ROI.


Required Qualifications


  • Proven client management or other relevant experience

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

  • Ability toprioritize amongcompeting tasks

  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Database Querying & Reporting

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with Federal program preferred
