How You'll Make an Impact

You will sit in Aptima's Learning and Training Systems (LTS) division and will help develop tools for assessing and augmenting human performance. You are a highly motivated professional that can work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team and work on software requirements analysis, detailed design, implementation and test of individual software modules, along with development and testing of software systems and software applications.



You'll Need

  • Software development in a team environment (peer reviews, unit testing, configuration management, defect tracking, etc.)

  • Excellent project team and customer-focused written and oral communication skills

  • Highly proficient in developing web applications using Angular (v8+). Familiar with related UI component libraries and visualization technologies

  • Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps execution methodologies, approaches, and cloud technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Terraform)

  • Familiarity with one or more relational (SQL Server) and/or NoSQL (Elasticsearch) data storage technology

  • Ability to travel to support technical presentations, testing, and integration

  • Knowledge or experience with Intelligent Training Systems, preferred

  • An active Secret security clearance, preferred




Minimum Requirements


  • U.S. Citizenship required or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience

  • Highly proficient at designing and implementing software components in Java, C++, or C#
