The Learning Analyst is responsible for designing and executing research in support of branch team learning. A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert on learner experience and learning sciences who partners with internal stakeholders to integrate insights into all stages of learning strategy and design. This role actively fosters a culture of data literacy and learner-centricity as a consultant, researcher, and advocate for learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method learner experience research to achieve business outcomes
Partner with business owners to determine the need for learner experience research and/or long-term learning measurement
Collaborate with internal partners to propose strategic learning solutions and evaluate them in an agile environment
Analyze, synthesize, and compile original research findings into actionable insights for learning professionals and business partners
Identify, synthesize, and communicate industry and academic research on learner experience and Learning Sciences to inform learning solutions
Provide recommendations for learning strategy optimization, including program evaluation and actionable insights
Create and communicate learning insights to diverse stakeholder audiences in a clear and compelling manner
Master's Degree required (Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Analytics, or an adjacent field preferred).
5-10 years of experience in research, learning, or human resources preferred
Advanced knowledge of learning analytics and instructional design
Strong ability to identify data trends and use inferential statistical analysis to make observations and predictions
Expertise in survey, evaluation, and assessment methods
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, including the ability to establish rapport with stakeholders and end users
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders
General knowledge of current research and data visualization technologies
Comfortability with action research methods
