U.S. Renal Care has an opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter identifies and recruits qualified applicants for open positions, both corporate and clinical.
Responsibilities:
Determines best sources for qualified applicants including internet, professional organizations, college/technical schools, job fairs, etc and develops contacts and relationships as needed.
Strong sourcing and cold calling experience
Screens and identifies qualified applicants for interview with hiring managers.
Identifies agencies/recruiters as needed for difficult searches, negotiates competitive fees and manages relationship and process.
Drives entire recruitment and interview process as required.
Utilizes behavioral based interview skills to identify qualified applicants.
Develops and maintains accurate and legally compliant recruiting logs and records.
Administers employee referral bonus program.
Maintains accurate postings of open positions on company website, applicant tracking system and ExponentHR.
Updates and distributes weekly staffing report.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience required.
3-5 years experience in recruiting with a successful track record of filling both exempt and non-exempt positions. Prior experience in healthcare recruiting a plus.
Expertise in MS Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
