Duties, Responsibilities & Other
Current Masters Electrician's License
Candidate should have 4 - 8 years of experience.
A valid current driver's license. and the ability to pass a DOT physical. (Commercial Driver's License is a plus)
Opportunity to grow the market from the ground level
Able to manage Journeymen and Apprentices and mentor them into top level tradesman.
Mechanical aptitude is desired.
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and other industry standards.
Knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring and operating principles of motors
Demonstrate the ability to complete a job layout for projects of limited various scope and size
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Installing equipment cabinets and cabling.
Fiber optic experience is a plus
Effectively analyze blueprints for job site knowledge
Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training
Wireless construction is a plus
Ability to follow instructions, possess the ability to be trained, mentored, and have a positive attitude.
Must be able to interact with our client project managers and resolve problems in the field.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, and work in all weather conditions and climates, willing to work evenings/weekends when required, willing to travel for overnight and extended stay projects as required
Hold daily safety meetings and identify potential safety hazards and create a corrective action plan when safety hazards are recognized.
Ability to follow instructions, training and mentoring crews with a positive can-do attitude are necessities.
Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
Being a team player in the truest sense, with an ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.
Excellent customer relations through utilization of effective problem-solving techniques Enforce a safe jobsite and maintain compliance with company safety, OSHA and customer-specific safety standards

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 - 9 years of experience.
Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.

Submits accurate time sheets, mileage and expense reports on time each week
Reviews jobsite safety daily and takes immediate action to document and resolve issues
Understands OSHA Safety Standards and KCI corporate policies and follows them at all times
Accurately record and report your work each day on the forms provided
Inspect and correct your own work before turning it in
Perform all task assignments using required industry standards
Review all work assigned to you before beginning your work
Understand all applicable industry standards for your assigned tasks
Work with your team to maximize your production and accuracy to help us achieve our goal
Has the specific knowledge to perform all duties
Maintains all required certifications and participates in training courses as required
