Clearance: Candidate must be a US Citizen with an Active Public Trust level clearance



IndraSoft, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist with an Active Public Trust level clearance to work supporting the USAF's Cyberspace Weapons System. The Program manages and supports the USAF's CVA/Hunt (Cyberspace Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter) Weapons Systems. The incumbent will be a highly motivated and qualified individual who works well as part of multi-disciplinary team supporting both sustainment and enhancement of the CVA/Hunt weapons system.

Qualifications Required:



  • Associate's Degree (Education or Information Technology) and equivalent experience (3-5 years); or Bachelor's Degree (Education or Information Technology) and equivalent experience (2-3 years)

  • Prior experience in developing and delivering training in a technical environment

  • Knowledge of the ADDIE process and experience in using it in a rapid development environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of current training development software tools

  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills

  • Ability to convey complex information in a way that people (across the organization) understand

  • Security Clearance: National Agency Check w/ Inquiries (NACI) / Tier 1 w/ SECRET Eligibility

  • Certification / Experience with SAFe for Teams / SAFe Practitioner



Security Clearance / Certification Requirements:



  • Must be a US Citizen with a Public Trust level clearance (NACI / Tier 1 Investigation) and be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance



Qualifications Desired:



  • Familiarization with Air Force Cyber Weapon Systems

  • Experience Training in a DoD environment




Essential Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Train and support Air Force Cyber Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter (CVAH) Weapon System

  • Directly interact and collaborate with Weapon System community/users

  • Enforce and implement current Air Force Technical Orders (AFTOs) for the CVAH Weapon System (WS)

  • Daily, weekly, monthly tracking and report of all training initiatives and activities

  • Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops

  • Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities

  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedules programs

  • Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques

  • Confers with management, employees, and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies

  • Work under general supervision, providing solutions to training problems of low to moderate complexity



Physical Demands:


While performing duties of the job, incumbent will be exposed to normal demands associated with an office environment or home office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face. This position requires incumbent to have the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.


Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Temperature level is maintained at a typical office level environment of around 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
