Morrie’s Auto Group is looking for a Parts Consultant to join our team. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have an opportunity for you.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Stage daily orders for shipment, delivery or pick up
Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process
Open a repair order envelope for all new repair orders
Order parts not in stock
Receive, check-in, and restock orders
Notify the shop manager and customer that ordered parts have been received
Answer parts phones
Occasional assistance with parts delivery with company provided vehicle
Other duties as required
Qualifications/Skills:
Reliable and punctual
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Good driving record
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must be able to lift 75lbs
