Position Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager is the primary conduit and liaison between operations and the customer ensuring we meet our commitments to our Customer our Company and our People.
The CRM processes will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P's:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety
Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook - Doing it Safe.
Build the need for a Safe Work Environment into each commitment to the customer.
People
Ensure our People understand the needs of the customer and the requirements associated with each customer order.
Ensure the Work Instruction / Line Drawing is current and accurate for each customer order.
Productivity
Accurate coordination of the customer's orders with operations. Produce an accurate production schedule that reflects our commitment of service delivery to the customer.
Ensure all set ups and production requirements are logged accurately into pack manager and our customer's system.
Communicate and distribute current and upcoming production plans and requirements.
Quality
Generate and distribute, accurate, timely, customer reports. Participate in defining and redefining our customer's reporting needs - adjust the reporting accordingly.
Provide accurate, detailed input to improve our project estimation.
Proactively resolve customer problems as they relate to productivity, quality, and shipping building trusting strong relationships.
Data Integrity - Ensure the complete integrity and timeliness of all data in our operating systems. (Pack Manager / Kronos / Quick Base).
Customer Value
Identify and manage specific / unique customer requirements / requests.
Coordinate the customer inventory ensuring on-time delivery / access inventory returns.
Drive effective communications between our customer and the production, quality, sales and shipping teams, ensuring open and transparent lines of communication.
Coordinate with the production, quality, and shipping teams ensuring all due dates are met.
Financial
Reconcile special project costs with billings.
