Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service is the largest independent, locally owned and operated Emergency Medical Service provider in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.  We provide wheelchair transportation, Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and Critical Care ground ambulance services, as well as helicopter and fixed wing air ambulance services.  Much of our proven success is attributable to the exceptional, compassionate customer service provided by our employees.
 
Superior Air Med / Superior Ambulance Aviation provides aeromedical services for Superior Ambulance. We are seeking a Fixed Wing Maintenance Technician based out of West Chicago, IL (KDPA) to support air ambulance operations of a Learjet 45XR. Technicians will report to Jet Logistics, Inc., the FAA Part 135 certificate holder for Superior's fixed wing operations.

Schedule:
·          Full Time
·          AOG response within 1 hour
 
Minimum Qualifications:
·          Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
 
Recommended Qualifications:
·          Two (2) Years Airplane A&P Experience
·          Learjet factory training or equivalent
·          LJ45 or similar aircraft experience
·          Air medical operations
