Position Overview

This position provides the Finance Team and Senior Management with a forecast of the company’s profit and loss and operational performance highlighting the effectiveness of the company’s strategic plans and investments. This position will manage the Mountain West Region and report to the Regional CFO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data using various programs, reports and tools.

  • Prepare financial reports for internal use.

  • Analyze past financial information and results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations.

  • Collect, analyze and report financial data.

  • Participate in building budgets and forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

  • Prepare monthly commentary of financial results and reports to leaders.

  • Participate in preparation of financial data for strategic plans.

  • Perform various ad hoc analysis for a variety of individuals.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Excellent communication (oral, written) and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize among multiple requirements and deadlines

    

Work Requirements

Previous experience in accounting is preferred.

 Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements


  • Ability to read, comprehend and give instructions.

  • Ability to write detailed and accurate correspondences. 

  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred:  Word, Excel, etc.…

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

  • Knowledge of basic office practices and protocol

  • Meets commitments.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

  • Follows policies and procedures.

  • Supports organization's goals and values.
