Guide the DevOps team to use a variety of tools for deployment and configuration management. Develop and maintain internal processes for efficiency and organization.
Maintaining relationships with our cloud hosting vendor. This includes monitoring VM health and resource allocation, working with the vendor on improving the cloud infrastructure, handling customer outages, and customer communication.
Scheduling and ensuring deliverable deadlines are met for installations and upgrades of software and databases.
Off hours monitoring of server related critical client issues.
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
2-4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
Ability to prioritize and delegate.
Innovative thinking skills for improving installations and upgrades in a move towards CI (i.e. scripting)

Knowledge with GitHub actions
Experience automating manual processes
Skills for enhancing and maintaining security vulnerabilities.
