Chip Line Operator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual and test components to ensure they meet specifications.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Uses a microscope.

  • Handles components.

  • Visually inspects to criteria - die level.

  • Performs electrical testing - die level.

  • Sets up electrical test equipment.

  • Possesses full comprehension of test requirements.

  • Be familiar with visual criteria base on MIL-STD.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Must be able to sit in a long period of time.

  • Must be able to work under a microscope.

  • Must pay attention to details, being meticulous.

  • Must be well organized.

Experience and Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Computer skills and knowledge in excel.

  • Prior work experience in a lean manufacturing environment a plus.

Experience is preferred but we will train the right person.
