Your Opportunity

As an intern within ourResearch and Developmentorganization you willhave the opportunity toindependently manage and conduct all technical functions of a small research project, as well asanalyzedata and report on key findings.You will also completeliterature research related to assignedproject, preparation of samples and the gathering of analytical measurements. You willsummarizeand present project study results,documenting results and observations in a laboratory notebook.

You will gainmeaningfuland translatableexperiencefrom the real work you will beprovided, relationshipmanagement, and professional development.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• ASophomore or Juniorstanding in schoolwith requisite educational experience inFoodScience, Animal Science, Meat Science or related field




• AGPA of 3.0 or higher




• Awell-roundedskill setincludingstrong time-management,ability to keepdetail orientedrecords,proven leadership abilities, good organization,andproject management skills
