OEM Pricing Manager

Reports to: Pricing Manager

Location: Lansdale, PA

SKF is seeking a Pricing Manager to support the OEM business to drive growth in Lansdale, PA!

Job Description:

• This position will require to establish close cooperation with Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain teams to quote competitively to our OE customer base, ensuring efficient support and value added to Sales process.


• This job also has responsibility for analyzing and maintaining price contracts in ERP systems, as well as adjusting the orderbook to reflect any contract changes.

Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:

• Determine competitive pricing for the OEM customer base for quote requests, while ensuring company profitability.


• Work closely with Sales and Product Management teams,


• Build and strengthen Pricing Go-To-Market strategies.


• Work with factories on opportunities to meet customer's goals in terms of costing and lead-time.


• Effective handling of feedback and continuous improvement.


• Create and maintain price contracts in ERP system including those related to price increase negotiations.


• Update customer's open orders in ERP system when related to contract changes.


• Establish mechanisms of control with proper tools to capture and address outstanding details within contracts to ensure profitability.


• Support or drive other pricing projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Background and experience with databases, and tools (ie: AS400, Sales Data Warehouse, ServiceNow (PINQ/OPI)).


• Understanding of business operations, from quotation to accounts receivables, with the ability to make good solid business decisions.


• Proficient in SharePoint, MS Office Suite and Power BI navigation.


• Able to communicate effectively and professionally across the organization with all levels of employees and management.
