The YMCA of the Fox Cities is seeking multiple Full-Time Youth Leaders to be in charge of a local elementary school Before & After Care program.
The Youth Leader will oversee the Before/After school program at an area elementary school. Provides a variety of developmentally appropriate material and activities, which foster social skills and encourages children to think, problem solve, question and experiment. Implements a daily schedule based on developmentally appropriate activities for school aged children. Provides a quality experience for children and parents that reflect the YMCA core values. Ensures that a safe, high quality program is operating in accordance with required YMCA, YoungStar (when applicable) and Department of Children & Families regulations and policies.
Current Openings:

Kimberly School District (Sunrise & Woodland Elementary Schools)

Hours: Monday-Friday approximately 6:00-9:00 AM and 2:30-6:00 PM at the school with administrative duties during the weekday between before/after care program operations; 40 hours/week
