Centralized Title Services provides nationwide title, closing and settlement solutions for mortgage lenders. Matches deep industry knowledge and expertise with advanced technology to offer a full suite of services that can be designed to meet customer's specific requirements.
CTS Post Closing Operations is responsible for the execution of various quality control functions performed after document execution. Oversees the process of recording real estate documents with the county and conducts data analyses of recording defects to drive quality and process efficiencies.

CTS Post Closing Operations is responsible for the execution of various quality control functions performed after document execution. Oversees the process of recording real estate documents with the county and conducts data analyses of recording defects to drive quality and process efficiencies.


 


Responsible for assisting in the support of real estate transactions by providing a high level of functional support to internal closing and title operations.  Utilizes basic knowledge of mortgage and loan document procedures to maintain and update files according to standard policies and guidelines.  Performs routine sorting, scanning/imaging, filing and mailing of post-closing documents according to established procedures.  Demonstrates basic technical aptitude and knowledge of systems and tools.



  • Supports processing of signed loan packages including:  package receipt, document scanning/imaging and secure filing 

  • Monitors incoming mail, receives and sorts for internal distribution

  • Returns recorded documents to customers and third-party lenders via outgoing mail, airfreight or overnight shipments

  • Performs scanner maintenance to ensure functionality

  • Conducts daily document tracking

  • Assists with order exception management

  • Assists with ad-hoc requests/projects as directed

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management



  • Develops basic skills to perform repetitive, routine activities

  • Follows clearly defined procedures to complete duties

  • Works under direct supervision with little autonomy

  • Understands how assigned duties integrate within own team

  • Has no supervisory responsibilities; focuses on developing own skills

  • Impacts the accuracy and efficiency of own work 

  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with little or no opportunity to exercise discretion

  • Uses basic communication skills and common courtesy

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred

  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
