Customer Service Representative

$2500 Signing Bonus

A Full Time Position that feels like Part-Time!

The unique schedule for our Customer Service Representatives averages 15 days per month, so it feels like a Part-Time position with Full-Time pay and benefits.

The Customer Service Representatives work a two-week rotation, three days one week and 4 days the next week.  This allows our employees to have a three-day weekend every other week while still having days off during the week!  Also, the 4 day week provides 8 hours of built in overtime.

 The Customer Service Representatives main responsibilities are:

• Responding to alarms per instructions


• Request the dispatch of Police-Fire-EMS


• Answering inbound calls from customers to review alarm history, update account information and paging technicians


• Coordinate customer inquiries with the appropriate branches outside of the department


• Administrative duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Manager

 Requirements for this position are:

• Type of minimum of 35 wpm


• Ability to navigate between multiple software systems


• Ability to work in a fast pace environment


• Ability to provide excellent customer service
