The Office of Admission is seeking a Continuing Education and Online Recruitment Specialist to collaborate with the Director of Continuing & Online Education Admission to support and implement strategies aligned with the University's enrollment goals. Reporting to the Director of Continuing & Online Education Admission, the Recruitment Specialist will work closely with all members of the Enrollment Management team to strengthen the Rider footprint with goals related to enrollment, branding, and community engagement.

· Bachelor's degree along with 1-3 years relevant professional experience· Excellent writing and verbal skills· Excellent project management and organizational skills· Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously· Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing· Experience using data from Google Analytics, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other tools to organize data and track progress· A motivated self-starter who is comfortable taking the lead when called upon· Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed

· Higher education experience
