We’re searching for a Corporate Communications Manager who is as comfortable creating
elegant marketing copy as they are explaining technical product detail in
easy-to-understand ways. We’re looking for someone who can quickly learn our
story and can help tell it in the right way. The best candidate will be someone
who can refine, promote, and expand our new brand by delivering high-quality written
communications and collateral, developing presentations and talking points with
high impact, and leading our social media presence.

 

Responsibilities

·  Define and evolve our corporate tone

·  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate content and ideas to drive the tone and brand of our company

·  Research and write content, including emails, web content, video scripts, thought leadership pieces, press releases, presentations, speeches, talking points, training and reference materials and more  

·  Own the strategy and execution of social media efforts, including content calendars, scheduling, and tracking of paid/sponsored posts to evaluate ROI

·  Become a content expert on our products, community outreach, technology, diversity and inclusion, and corporate culture

·  Own our Town Hall process, including coordinating the agenda, collating presentations, and

·  Partner with sales, product marketing, and executive team to ensure all materials present consistent tone and vision

·  Track, manage, and report on project work

 

Requirements:

 

·  5-7 years of professional experience

·  Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and speaking skills

·  Knowledge of Jira/Confluence a plus

·  Comfort with leading conversations and gaining insight from multiple levels of the
organization

·  Ability to own your projects and track from start to finish

·  Bring authenticity and creativity to every table you join
