We are seeking a (RN Program Coordinator) to:
Education:
Minimum – Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN)
Preferred – Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management, Public Health, or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years of work experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience leading programs and/or projects with teams
Preferred – Experience in transgender program development
Knowledge and experience in development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Licensed as RN in state of WI
Preferred –
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position scheduled to work 40 hours per week. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with some early meetings as needed. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department.
