POSITION TITLE: Learning & Development Coordinator


POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to training and organizational development programs


REPORTS TO: Training Director


 


REPONSIBILITIES:


Research & Analysis



  • Generate reports on training statistics

  • Create reports and presentations with learning analytics

  • Research subject matter experts (SME) to provide learning opportunities 

  • Create learning surveys and analyze results

 


Customer & Client Relations



  • Answer learner inquiries regarding training activities 

  • Collaborate with vendors to schedule trainings

  • Lead onboarding sessions with new managers

 


Administrative



  • Schedule training events and distribute learning material

  • Enter learning information into a database

  • Coordinate equipment, meals, and other logistics for in person trainings

  • Assist with creating learning material

  • Attend meetings as notified

 


Performs all other duties as assigned


 


REQUIREMENTS



  • Must Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills

  • Must Have Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills

  • Microsoft Office Proficient

  • Experience in Hospitality Industry is Preferred, But Not Required

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is Preferred, But Not Required

  • Experience with Canva is Preferred, But Not Required
