As a Specialist, Cash Application, you'll process customer payments, reconcile accounts and unapplied cash/credits on a timely basis. Become a part of our rapidly growing dynamic team and we'll help you develop your career to a level that will exceed your expectations.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Application of large dollar amounts and high volume ACH and wire transactions


• Process incoming lockbox payments to specified customer invoices on a timely basis


• Post various payment type including (ACH, EDI Wires, Credit Cards, Checks and Intercompany) on a timely basis


• Research discrepancies related to misapplied/unapplied cash issues


• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and record all customer activity


• Perform manual lockbox entry, as needed to maintain incoming cash flow


• Monitor A/R mailbox for remittance information


• Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner


• Work closely with operations & collection team


• Other responsibilities as assigned

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in Collections, Cash Applications, or related function


• Experience using ERPs


• Ability to key data quickly and accurately


• Able to research and evaluate data to make informed decisions and solve problems

• Associates degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related discipline


• History working in a high-volume/ high transaction environment


• Experience using HighRadius, Get Paid, etc


• Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) and PowerPoint


• Business to Business Cash Application or Collections background
