The credentialing Analyst will work with a team of dedicated analysts to help protect Equifax data and ensure Equifax meets its obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The credentialing analyst will be responsible for re-evaluating existing clients through a series of searches to make sure the client still meets Equifax security and compliance requirements. The credentialing analyst will research various required databases to determine an outcome and provide written and verbal assessments of findings to higher management. The credentialing analyst will be tasked to reach out to clients directly to make sure they complete all necessary documents in order to complete the credentialing process. The analyst will need to adapt quickly as processes are always changing to keep up with the demands of making sure Equifax continues to meet and follow all compliance and security obligations.

What you'll do:
Occasionally inspect new client applications for accuracy along with confirming each client has an approved permissible purpose that pertains to what they do as a business
Work out of a spreadsheet with other analysts to complete credentialing on existing accounts within the given SLA timeframe
Research various required databases to determine an outcome and provide written and verbal assessments of findings to higher management
Review virtual and in-person onsite inspections to make sure each client meets our physical security requirements
Reach out to clients on a daily basis to either help them with obtaining documentation we need in order to complete the re-credentialing process
Qualifications:
Ability to conduct thorough research
Must have a high school degree of detail orientation
Proficient at learning new technologies/applications quickly
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suites and other mainstream office tool.
