Tube Shop Lead

ABOUT THE JOB

• Coordinates and schedules bagging workloads for the area. Leads associates in area to work efficiently and perform to expected metrics of safety, quality, delivery and cost. Track and communicate daily goals.


• Work results have direct impact on work group or department in terms of quality, productivity, service level and the ability to meet commitments.


• Must have strong computer and analytical skills. Experience with Demand Flow, Access and Excel are preferred.


• Assignments are varied and moderately complex


• Decision making involves compiling and organizing information from a variety of sources and using judgment in applying internal guidelines and procedures.


• Lead team and schedule workloads to meet expected metrics of safety quality delivery and cost.

ABOUT YOU

• High School diploma 2 years general, experience. Experience with Demand Flow, Access and Excel preferred.


• Strong Organizational skills


• Effective communicator


• Basic computer skills


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
