Internal Sales Representative - After Sales Responsible for order fulfillment of After Sales business that includes Upgrades, Service Contracts, Fixtures, and Accessories. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of After Sales customer order fulfillment (Upgrades, Technical Services, Fixtures, Accessories) - Quotations, Order Processing, Material Purchases, Shipping, Invoicing, Credits, and Delinquent Payment restitution
Responsible for Repair and Warranty processes for BUS After Sales department (3rd, Intracompany, and Intercompany)
Determine and process the most efficient shipping logistics for each After Sales order according to the customer's request
Supports Americas SL1 and SL2 Technical Services group on current ERP system. This includes but not limited to - Inventory Management, Intra-Company Spare Parts requisition process, Approval Workflow process, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, Maintool)
Maintain proper spare part stock levels by following established spare part reordering rules
Responsible for Physical Inventory Counts for BUS. This includes Full Blind Counts, Cycle Counts, Off-site Inventory Counts, and Surveillance Inventory counts. Duties are process development, scheduling, resource planning, and implementation
Assists and Supports the Manager of Equipment Sales and Service with inventory management across the Americas (stock levels, inventory value, and physical inventory counts)
Maintains proper documentation as required for each After Sales process.
Performs required After Sales functions in CRM. This includes New Customer Set up (After Sales requirements), Contact Persons, Opportunities, Tasks, and Appointments.
Responsible for International Shipping of all After Sales materials (including spare parts)
Sources Spare Parts and Materials
Handles emergency After Sales processes after normal working hours
Travel activity is 20% of work time (international travel may be required)
Your Profile
AS Degree with Math, Science, or Business background is preferred
Equivalent related experience in After Sales management considered without a degree
Prior After Sales management experience required
Vacuum technology experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Navision and SAP business software
Schematic and blueprint reading
Working knowledge of computers and electronics
Ability to use basic Microsoft Word and Excel software
Good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to use a forklift is necessary
