Title: Specification Business Analyst- 75727

Your Responsibilities

As a Specifications Business Analyst, for the Construction and Forestry Division located in Davenport or Dubuque, IA, you will be recognized as a specifications expert, defining strategy, providing leadership, consultation and training to others in the unit or division. In addition, you will:

• Provide cProjects/PPM workflow leadership in coordinating and performing cProjects/PPM work throughout a part (EPDP) life cycle including training, resolving issues, diagnosing problems and recommending corrective actions
• Evaluate and recommend methods to improve processes and efficiencies within the cProjects/PPM system and its relationship within our EPDMLink workflow
• Serve as a team lead for cProjects/PPM and become the Subject Matter Expert for specifications
• Generate Service Now and Tier 2 help desk tickets to resolve issues
• Educate team members and global users as needed to assure workflow is completed using the proper processes
• Complete various specification audits and monitor engineering changes to ensure data integrity and uniformity
• Define and manage ETEC specifications support
• Serve as the data analytics lead for specifications
• Create and maintain cProjects/PPM documentation
• Manage specifications projects as assigned

What Skills You Need

• 2 or more years of strong analytical skills and root cause analysis
• 2 or more years of demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• 2 or more years of demonstrated strong communication skills
• 2 or more years of leading and facilitating cross functional teams
• 1 or more years of experience with data analytic tools and databases (Tableau, PowerBI, HANA)
• 1 or more years of intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

What Makes You Stand Out

• 1 or more years of Specification Analyst experience
• Experience in leading and/or training people
• Experience in project management
• Experience updating and creating work instructions

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Engineering, IT or any other bachelor's degree
