Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working Conditions:


  • Primarily working indoors, office environment.

  • May sit for several hours at a time.

  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.

  • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Qualifications:

  1. High school degree or GED

Essential Functions:


  1. Prepares work to be accomplished according to assembly instructions, specifications etc.

  2. Gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials (if necessary)

  3. Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements

  4. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies

  5. Attention to order specifications is imperative, size qty etc....

  6. Assess any defects in product and communicate quality issues with leader

  7. Rework pieces as needed to meet quality requirements and customer specification

  8. Maintain safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  9. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements

  10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quality and timely results

  11. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
