Roles & Responsibilities


  • Support efficient calendar management (MS Outlook) for multiple executives (up to 3)
  • Event Management (townhalls, team meetings, offsites, lunches and more)
  • Visitor Management

    • Travel Management (Visa documentation, Booking, Report creation)
    • Logistics (Accommodation, car transfers)


  • Additional projects (as appropriate)
  • Savy with MS Office products e.g. Powerpoint, Excel etc.

Behavioral skills

  • Good communication is must
  • Stakeholder management
  • Team player and result oriented

Overall Experience: 5-8 yrs

Relevant experience in Admin Assiatnt role : 2-3 Years

Education: Bachelor degree
